The one thing we charge for is a proper printed version: a real PDF, typeset at print quality, for framing or keeping or sending to other people who loved them.

We unlock these by hand at the moment, usually within a day. You'll get an email as soon as it's done. If it's been longer than that, please email us — it means something has gone wrong, not that we've forgotten you.
No. It's a one-off payment. There's nothing recurring, nothing to cancel, and no renewal.
No. Creating a memorial, adding photos, writing a tribute, and lighting candles are all free and always will be. So are the community, the stories and Luna. These three are extras.
Email us within 14 days and we'll refund you, no questions asked. If you've already used the feature, that's fine — we'd still rather you had your money back than felt stuck with something.
Nothing — there's nothing to stop paying. And if we ever refunded you, anything you'd already written would stay exactly where it is. We're not going to hide your memories of them behind a payment.
